Weight loss & lifestyle coaching

As part of the Burnaby Primary Care Network, doctors here can refer patients to the B Well Program, which is funded by the Burnaby Divisions of Family Practice. B Well is offered to eligible patients for free, and provides patients with one-on-one and group coaching to help them achieve their goals of living a healthier life.

Social Work

As part of the Burnaby Primary Care Network, doctors here can refer patients to social worker. Access to social work is funded by the Burnaby Divisions of Family Practice, and is free to patients if your family doctor makes a referral. Social work can help patients navigate government funding programs, help you find employment, and find stable housing.
