Infection Control and Clinic Policies

Our infection control procedures are designed to keep our doctors, staff, and other patients safe. Please observe the following:

1. All patients are asked to wear a mask while at Oakmount Medical.
2. If you have a cough or cold, a telephone appointment will usually suffice.
3. Patients with cough, cold, or flu-like symptoms will be asked to wait outside or in their vehicle while waiting for an examination room to be prepared. This is to prevent other patients in the waiting room from getting sick as well. 
4. If you refuse to cooperate with our staff’s attempts to keep everyone safe, then you may be asked leave and seek healthcare elsewhere on a permanent basis.
